Small memory about Kargil war
In the year 1997,
Its a simple patriotic feeling of an young girl from kinder garten During kargil war.
For contributions to kargil war soldiers, her teachers gave her enough knowledge about the war and asked her class to bring as much donation as possible.
So her parents gave Rs. 500/ in one envelope to the Divya.
But Divya was not ready to take the same, she started crying very intensely and kept saying those soldiers are fighting to save India and We should give more money, how much ever we add to that 500, she was not convinced.
Then the dad had to change the strategy, he took a cheque leaf and gave a cheque to her, saying that we are giving our full bank money to the kargil war soldiers.
Then she was so happy and with pride took the cheque to her teacher, with a twinkle in her eyes.
So kargil remains a very great sacrifice and touching times for all in the family with great emotions of Divya. The family felt so touched by the war, and were really surprised, how her teacher made it so clear about the war, to young kid Divya.
Teachers should create such emotional attachment towards our soldiers in the young minds. This will nourish patriotism from childhood to all the young minds.
